Re-Mission 2: The Video Game will teach to fight cancer
Forces charity nonprofit studio HopeLab saw the light of unusual game called Re-Mission 2. Her task, as the creators say, help inspire young men and women who are suffering from cancer, to fight against this dangerous disease.
The project includes a series of mini-games, and in them a player who will be placed in the human body, it will be necessary to destroy the cancer cells without the help of all sorts of super powers. But these super powers based on the real ways of confrontation with cancer, say, chemotherapy, antibiotic treatment and protection of the natural human body. Game created jointly with oncologists and, as it is - most importantly, with the direct participation of young patients.
I must say that Re-Mission 2 - is a sequel of the same game that came out 7 years ago and was the first experience in creating games specifically designed for cancer patients. Since then, experts have carried out a number of studies have proven that similar interactive entertainment can in fact do much more effective treatment of these patients, setting them in the desired fashion.
